We have a two night minimum stay policy, three night minimum stay for long weekends. The perfect amount of time to unwind.

The villas are well equipped with a flat-screen TV and BlueTooth speaker, cooking utensils, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee and tea, sugar, salt and pepper. Fresh water is supplied throughout the farm from springs high in the mountains. Luxury appointed linen and towels are also supplied.

The cabins are air-conditioned and there are fireplaces. Firewood will be stacked near your door for your convenience.

Kangaroo Valley is the quintessential small town which has a bakery, cafes, a small supermarket and bottle shop for some supplies, however if you’re looking to stock up or prepare for a big weekend cook up then we recommend you stop somewhere like Bowral or Moss Vale on the way to stock up.

You will need to bring all your food and beverages. Everything else is provided. {Oh and marshmallows, you’ll need marshmallows to toast over the firepit.}

Laundry facilities, including iron and ironing board, are located at Caretakers quarters. There is washing powder there for your use.

All of our villas have WIFI via NBN satellite. The internet speed is strong enough, however, we’re in the process of building a satellite on the escarpment which will create super-high speed internet and will be in operation later this year

And depending on your individual carrier, mobile reception may be limited, so we encourage you to either connect via WiFi of switch off and relax.

Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 11 am. Should you wish to vary this please let us know in advance and we will do everything possible to accommodate you.

The key to your villa will be in the door waiting for you. You don’t need to check in so please go straight to your villa, take your shoes off and enjoy your stay. If you arrive after dark the lights will be left on for you.

Unfortunately, pets cannot stay at barranca for the safety of our animals and local wildlife, but there are boarding kennels in Kangaroo Valley (phone 02 4465 1043).

Each villa has its own Robert Plumb fire pit for you to enjoy. We only require that you be aware of local fire bans, weather conditions and follow the safety guidelines provided in your compendium in your villa. Bushfire is the biggest threat to our unspoilt bushland, so we ask that you please act responsibly.

50% refund up to 3 days prior to check in.

Callala Bay is a 10 minute drive and there’s ferry access to dining, drinking and shopping at Huskisson.
