At barranca, we take the health and wellbeing of our guests, team members and local community members seriously. As we continue to remain vigilant and implement stringent measures against the spread of the Covid 19, we’re committed to ensuring your time with us is as safe and stress-free as possible.

We are currently accepting bookings from individuals that are eligible to travel under the NSW Government Public Health Act and would like to advise you of the Covid-safe measures that we have in place:

All our property team members are vaccinated.
All team members wash their hands regularly and use hand sanitiser.
When required they will also be wearing masks.
All barranca employees have been supplied with information and training on COVID-19, including when to get tested, physical distancing and cleaning.

Social distancing
Our property has only 4 luxury villas that are well distanced from each other making social distancing easy.
We have contactless food delivery, and our caterers are also vaccinated
Masks and sanitiser are provided in each villa
We encourage social distancing throughout the property.

Villas
We have contactless check-in and check-out.
All guests must check-in via villa QR codes.
All villas are deep cleaned after every guest’s stay.
All villas are ventilated while being cleaned and we use disinfectants approved by local regulatory agencies for use against COVID-19.
High-touch surfaces are all sprayed with an approved disinfectant.

Booking T&C’s
Guests must be symptom-free and have been in the country for more than 14 days.
If you’re coming from a declared COVID hot spot we ask that you do not travel to us at this time.

COVID Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation due to a COVID 19 related matter, a full refund will be given or we can work with you on alternative dates. We please ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you think you will not be able to make it.
