THE TRUFFLE FAIR WEEKEND
August 7 & 8, 2021

Meet the growers; Buy the truffle and local food and wine; Learn from the celebrity chefs!! General Admin $65 (plus gst) per session – includes a choice of meal options and access to the Fair to meet and purchase from Truffle Growers and Associated Stallholders.

VIP Workshop Ticket $125 (plus gst) – includes a first access to meet and purchase from Truffle Growers and Associated Stallholders, Attendance at a celebrity chef workshop to learn how to utilise the truffe in your own cooking; as well as a glass of wine or champagne and a meal in the workshop.

TULIP TIME FESTIVAL
September 17 to October 4, 2021

​Marvel at the spectacular curated displays of 75,000 mass planted tulips nestled among Spring blooms and blossoming cherry and magnolia trees in picturesque Corbett Gardens in Bowral, Southern Highlands.

Enjoy daily entertainment featuring bands, dancers, choirs and fun family activities. Browse and buy at over 20 stalls with a large range of handcrafted wares, local produce and refreshments.

OLIVE, OIL & TAPENADE DEGUSTATION EXPERIENCE

​Set above the stunning Kangaroo Valley, this boutique olive producer grows and naturally produces on-site, preserving the quality of the product. Beyond the olive production, they also offer a unique horizontal tasting experience, where guests enjoy a flavour sensation featuring a selection of the products produced on-site, including award-winning oils, olives, and tapenade. Walk amongst the Olive Trees with owner Brenda Sambrook, learn about the artisan process, the difference between oils in the market, and how to recognise different varietals of olives. This intimate experience is paired with local wine, as you dine and take in the breathtaking views over the Valley.

CANOE TOUR
October 2 & 3, 2021

KANGAROO VALLEY FOLK FESTIVAL
October 15, 16, 17, 2021

With 2020 officially behind us, organisers have declared that the Kangaroo Valley folk Festival will proceed in its traditional format. That means a full three-day event with music, dance, poetry, workshops, local food, and wine and crafts for the whole family. Take a look around our site and discover the sounds, sights and smells that will be on offer across the Festival weekend.

BERRY MOTOR FAIR
October 17, 2021

​This community exhibition will feature over 100 classic, collectible and cool cars including the likes of Porsche, Ferrari, McLaren, muscle cars and more. ⠀

In addition to the impressive line-up of vehicles, the event promises an exciting program of food trucks, bars, live entertainment, market stalls and raffle prizes. ⠀

This year, Berry Motorfair will continue its support of Australia’s leading crisis support and suicide prevention service, Lifeline. An ambitious fundraising target of $100,000 has been set! ⠀

FOREST BATHING
October 9 & November 20, 2021

Forest bathing is a wonderful way to recharge, connect with nature and regenerate our souls as the practice involves a series of guided methods to help us relax, become more present and connect with the natural world.

This two hour introductory session is a great way to invite listening, healing, reflection and accepting into our environment in a low impact way. Learn how to find yourself in the company of trees or more succinctly master the practice of creating physical and psychological wellness through immersion in the natural environment.

SPRING EDIBLE WEED FORAGING
October 9 & 16 – November 6, 13, 20 & 27, 2021

Hunt for edible wild plants, learn about medicinal flora you can grow at home, taste and explore some backyard favourites plants from our very own local forager Jo from Quarter Acre Farm on a stunning private property in the Shoalhaven.

Learn and take in the Spring sunshine in a beautiful pavilion by the olive grove and dam, beneath the stunning escarpment of Kangaroo Valley Make new friends, enioy a glass of cool climate wine and the warm weather. Its a wonderful day out.

HIGHLAND VALLEY FORAGE
October 24, 2021

This foodie trail tells the story of how the Southern Highlands, Shoalhaven and Coast, South of Sydney are connected, through food and wine.

Be sustained by our 10-course degustation menu, meet the locals, taste cool climate wines, smell the wildflowers blooming in the warm spring air and take in some of the most breathtaking scenery of the region as you experience the Highland Valley Forage. Enjoy the 4km experience or take in the entire 9.5km walk.

THE KANGAROO VALLEY CRAFT BEER & BBQ FESTIVAL
November 20 & 21, 2021

​Held in the grounds of the region’s leading hotel The Friendly Inn, the KVBBQ Festival 2021 features dozens of craft beer breweries, top-of-the-line barbecue caterers, live music, and a host of all-ages activities from piglet racing to helicopter rides.

The ever-popular piglet races take place on both days allowing all festival-goers to place their bets on the cute little critters which will be wearing their different coloured vests in any of the seven heats per day.

SCULPTURE IN THE VALLEY
March 26  – April 3, 2022

​Sculpture in the Valley is part of the not-for-profit organisation Arts in the Valley also known as the Kangaroo Valley Arts Festival. Sculpture in the Valley presents a biennial exhibition of inspiring sculptural works set in the beautiful escarpment surrounds of Kangaroo Valley. The exhibition offers an intimate rural setting and expansive valley views for outdoor sculpture and professional exhibition space for indoor sculpture works.
